Eat Real Food Challenge, Day 11

Another fairly boring day.

Breakfast: corn grits, coffee with cream.

Lunch: the last of the seafood stew, a piece of cheese, and a bowl of cut-up banana and apple.

Dinner: I meant to make that lemon zest-salmon recipe that I mentioned a couple of weeks ago; I even bought the salmon for it. But when I got home, I was in no mood to cook and it was just me to cook for, which can sometimes be a bit uninspiring. I ate some Ryvita crackers (ingredients: whole wheat flour!) and cheese for a snack and wasn’t very hungry afterwards. So that was it. I also had some of that good Chardonnay as a treat.

Told you it was boring!
